Jerry Damato Charity Foundation Inc
Jerry Damato Charity Foundation Inc is a United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity under section 509(a)(2). Our Employer Identification Number is 20-5114983.
The IRS determination letter confirms our federal income tax exemption with an effective date of July 7, 2006, and contributions to the Foundation are deductible under IRC section 170 to the extent permitted by law. We also qualify to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under sections 2055, 2106, or 2522.
Our National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) classification centers on Medical Research—Fund Raising and/or Fund Distribution—while our day-to-day metro strategy expands that charitable purpose into a Collective Impact framework serving whole communities.
